Terms of Service

Welcome to Rishi, a personal astrology service operated by Barca Global LLC ("Rishi," "we," "us"). By creating an account, starting a reading, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

1. What Rishi is — and isn't

Rishi provides astrology readings and reflections based on Vedic (sidereal) calculations and AI interpretation. Rishi is for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. You are always responsible for your own decisions. For medical, mental-health, legal, or financial concerns, consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Rishi.

3. Your account & birth data

You give us accurate birth details so we can compute your chart. You're responsible for the information you enter, including details about other people you add — see our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices and billing periods are shown clearly before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method each period.
• If your plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• You can cancel anytime from your account or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops the next renewal. For annual plans we send a renewal reminder before you are charged.
• We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or resell it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its generated readings are owned by Barca Global LLC. Your personal readings are yours to keep and share for personal use.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Rishi is provided "as is," without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barca Global LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
