Rishi is operated by Barca Global LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We treat your birth and relationship data as sensitive, and we never sell it.
To compute your chart, generate your readings, remember context so your astrologer feels personal, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Readings are generated using third-party AI providers under data-protection agreements. Your chart and the facts you choose to save are sent to generate your readings. Your saved "memory" is visible to you and deletable at any time in the app.
If you add someone else's birth details for a compatibility reading, you confirm you may do so. That data is private to your account, used only to generate your readings, and deleted on request. If someone believes their data is in Rishi, they can contact us to have it removed.
If we add a "find friends on Rishi" feature, we will match using one-way hashed identifiers only and never upload or store your raw contact book.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your memory, your Soul Family entries, or your whole account at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g. EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to opt out of sale (we don't sell). Email us to exercise them.
Rishi is for users 17 and older and is not directed at children.
